Mobile Phlebotomy Business Launch Elite

Investment: $3,997

The complete Base and Pro systems plus implementation planning, financial controls, partner onboarding, and launch readiness guidance for a mobile specimen collection business.

Best Fit For

This level is for buyers who want guided implementation instead of a self directed roadmap. If you already purchased Base or Pro, bring your completed planning materials into onboarding so implementation begins from your current stage.

Elite Includes

  • Everything in Base and Pro
  • Implementation sprint and responsibility tracking
  • Laboratory and referral partner onboarding support
  • Service scope and collection only versus testing review
  • Startup budget and KPI dashboard
  • Collector competency, specimen labeling, transport, exposure control, and traceability review
  • Florida and Georgia regulatory pathway review
  • Prelaunch quality and operations readiness review

Before Launch

  1. Define whether the business is collection only or will perform any testing.
  2. Identify the laboratory or laboratories receiving specimens and document the partner relationship.
  3. Confirm the state specific pathway for every collection location and service area.
  4. Confirm collector qualifications, supervision, medical emergency procedures, exposure control, specimen identification, labeling, storage, transport, privacy, and incident procedures.
  5. If any testing will be performed, obtain the appropriate CLIA certificate and meet any additional state requirements before testing begins.

Florida: current Florida law does not classify phlebotomists as licensed clinical laboratory personnel, and the former Rule 59A-7 collection station rules were repealed in 2018. Testing services remain subject to the current federal and Florida laboratory personnel framework.

Georgia: Georgia regulates specimen collection stations within its clinical laboratory rules. A stand alone specimen collection station may require a licensed Georgia clinical laboratory director and compliance with collection station supervision, procedures, records, and quality control requirements.

Buyer Notice: This service does not issue a clinical license, laboratory license, CLIA certificate, Georgia specimen collection station approval, medical direction agreement, or testing authority. Final regulatory, laboratory, clinical, and legal decisions remain with the applicable agencies and qualified professionals.
