Business In A Box Terms of Service

Purchases include only the digital materials and services described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Digital delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped. For missing downloads or access problems, email team@aiascendgroup.com with your order number. We will restore access or resend the purchased files.

Refunds: All digital product sales are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Elite services: Included services are limited to the purchased package description. Contact team@aiascendgroup.com with your order number to begin onboarding. Any separate written service agreement governs its stated service scope, scheduling, and cancellation terms.

Educational materials: Templates and guides provide general business information. They do not replace individualized legal, tax, medical, or licensing advice. Purchasing a package does not guarantee licensing, regulatory approval, financing, contracts, revenue, or business results.

Customer responsibilities: Provide accurate order information and review applicable requirements before using the materials in your business.

Privacy and support: Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Questions and delivery concerns may be sent to team@aiascendgroup.com.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
