Business In A Box sells digital materials and implementation services. No physical product is shipped.

Purchased files are delivered electronically through the download instructions associated with your order. Use a valid email address at checkout and retain your order number.

If a download is missing, inaccessible or incorrect, email team@aiascendgroup.com with your order number and purchased package. We will restore access or resend your purchased files by email.

For Elite implementation services, AI Ascend Impact calls customers the same day to schedule kickoff appointments. Implementation scope and delivery schedules are confirmed during kickoff.
